Price list maker: a neat price list for your wall and WhatsApp
Prices checked
Short answer
Why put up a price list?
Customers trust a shop that shows its prices. A clear price list stops arguments at the counter, saves you answering “how much?” all day, and makes your shop look organised. Posting it on your WhatsApp Status reminds your contacts what you offer, especially before exam season, church programmes and funerals.
Not sure what to charge? Work out your real cost per page first with our cost-per-page calculator, and quote bigger jobs with the printing price calculator.
Tips for a good price list
- Put your most popular services first, usually black and white copies and printing.
- Say what each price is for: per page, per sheet or per book.
- Keep it short. Eight to twelve lines are easier to read than twenty.
- Add your phone number so customers can send jobs on WhatsApp.
- Update it when your prices change, and repost it on your Status.
Questions people ask
Is the price list maker free?
Yes, completely free, with no sign-up. Make as many price lists as you like and change them whenever your prices change.
How do I put my price list on WhatsApp Status?
Tap "Share on WhatsApp" and choose WhatsApp, then My Status or a chat. On phones that can't share pictures straight from the browser, the picture is saved to your phone instead: open WhatsApp and add it from your gallery.
Can I print it?
Yes. Tap "Print it" to print on A4 paper, or save the picture and print it later. A laminated price list on the wall lasts much longer.
Are my prices saved?
Yes, on your own phone or computer, so next time you only change what's different. We don't see them. If you've already set prices in our printing price calculator, the price list starts with those.
