Short answer
Which used photocopier brands are sold in Ghana?
Most second-hand office copiers in Ghana are imported machines sold by dealers and private sellers, many of them on Jiji. In October 2026 we found 59 used or refurbished A3 copiers listed with prices:
- Konica Minolta: 23 listings, GH₵4,500 to GH₵38,000
- Canon: 21 listings, GH₵3,700 to GH₵13,500
- HP: 7 listings, GH₵6,000 to GH₵11,000
- Xerox: 5 listings, GH₵6,500 to GH₵9,500
- Kyocera: 3 listings, GH₵5,200 to GH₵13,000
Every listing is on our photocopy machine price list, marked Used or Refurbished, with a link to the seller.
Konica Minolta or Canon: which is better used?
Neither is better across the board. They're common for different reasons, and the right one depends on what you print.
Konica Minolta bizhub machines make up a large share of the used colour copiers on sale: in October 2026, 18 of the 23 used Konica Minolta copiers we found were colour. If you want colour flyers, programmes or school materials on a used-copier budget, you'll have the most choice here. See every model and price on our Konica Minolta price page.
Canon imageRUNNER copiers are the most common office copier brand in Ghana overall, so toner, parts and technicians who know them are easy to find. Most used Canons on sale were black and white machines, from GH₵3,700 to GH₵11,000. For a print shop or office doing mainly black and white documents, a used Canon is often the cheapest dependable option. See our Canon price page.
Why do used copiers of the same brand differ so much in price?
Mostly because of the model generation and the condition. As a rule, newer models cost more second-hand: in our data, older bizhub models such as the C280 and C224 sat at the bottom of the range, while newer "i" models such as the bizhub C300i and C360i cost several times more. Canon follows the same pattern, from older imageRUNNER 2318 and 2520 units up to imageRUNNER ADVANCE colour machines.
Speed matters too. A faster copier (the bigger number in the model name, such as a C754 against a C224) is built for heavier work and costs more. Then come the page counter, what's included (document feeder, cabinet, toner) and whether the seller gives a warranty. Our guide to used photocopy machine prices explains each factor.
What about HP, Xerox and Kyocera?
All three make capable office machines, and used ones can be good value. The catch in Ghana is support: there are fewer listings, so fewer shops stock their toner and fewer technicians specialise in them.
- HP used copiers we found were mostly Color LaserJet managed models such as the E87660 and E77830. These are often built for managed print contracts, so confirm toner is sold locally before buying.
- Xerox listings were AltaLink, VersaLink and WorkCentre machines, such as the VersaLink C7030. See our Xerox price page.
- Kyocera TASKalfa copiers are respected for low running costs, but we found only a few for sale. Our brand guide covers Kyocera in more detail.
With any of these, ask the seller who services the machine and where to buy its toner before you pay.
How do you choose between two used copiers?
Once you've narrowed it to a couple of machines, compare them like this:
- Toner first: ask the price of a toner cartridge for each model and whether it's in stock nearby. A cheap copier with scarce toner is expensive to own.
- Page counter: lower is better. Ask the seller to print the counter report.
- Test copies: copy a page with text and a photo in front of you. Look for streaks, faded patches or smudges.
- Warranty and installation: a dealer who installs, gives even a short warranty and services what they sell is usually worth paying a little more for.
Our used photocopier checklist covers each step, and you can get quotes from vetted vendors if you'd rather have options brought to you.

Questions people ask
Which used photocopier is best in Ghana?
The best used copier is one you can keep running: a model whose toner is sold near you and that a local technician knows. In Ghana that usually means Canon or Konica Minolta. Choose Konica Minolta if you need colour on a budget, Canon for black and white work, and always check the page counter and make test copies before paying.
How much is a used Konica Minolta photocopier in Ghana?
In October 2026, used and refurbished Konica Minolta copiers were listed at GH₵4,500 to GH₵38,000. Older colour models such as the bizhub C280 were at the low end; newer and faster models such as the C360i and C754 cost more.
How much is a used Canon photocopier in Ghana?
In October 2026, used and refurbished Canon copiers were listed at GH₵3,700 to GH₵13,500. Black and white imageRUNNER models were the cheapest; imageRUNNER ADVANCE colour machines cost more.
Is a used colour photocopier worth it?
It can be, if you print colour regularly. Colour copiers use four toners instead of one, so running costs are higher and there's more to wear out. Ask for the colour toner prices before buying, and only buy if a technician near you services that model.
